# OSCAR: Operating System Control via State-Aware Reasoning and Re-Planning

OSCAR translates user instructions into Python control code while observing screen images and acting through mouse and keyboard operations. A state-machine controller handles errors and replans tasks during execution across desktop and mobile applications.
