# Building a Stable Planner: An Extended Finite State Machine Based Planning Module for Mobile GUI Agent

SPlanner models mobile-app functions and configurations with extended finite-state machines, traverses them to construct execution paths, and converts those paths into natural-language plans. A VLM follows these plans to perform GUI actions, with evaluation on AndroidWorld.
