# OpenPhone: Mobile Agentic Foundation Models

OpenPhone trains a compact mobile policy with supervised learning followed by GRPO on synthetic GUI data, incorporating reasoning and memory management. Its device-cloud design handles routine work locally and delegates complex subtasks, with online evaluation on AndroidLab.
