# DAVE: A VLM Vision Encoder for Document Understanding and Web Agents

DAVE trains a vision encoder for document images and web agents using self-supervised pretraining followed by supervised parsing and localization. It combines decoder-specific encoder merging with feature fusion and evaluates web localization and agent benchmarks alongside document tasks.
