# MAI-UI Technical Report: Real-World Centric Foundation GUI Agents

MAI-UI combines GUI navigation, native user interaction, and MCP tool calls in a family of policies trained through generated data and online reinforcement learning. The report also studies device-cloud routing and scaling of parallel environments and interaction budgets, with grounding and Android navigation evaluation.
