# WebArbiter: A Principle-Guided Reasoning Process Reward Model for Web Agents

WebArbiter generates reasoned action-preference verdicts for web navigation, using reasoning distillation followed by reinforcement learning. It introduces WebPRMBench and evaluates both preference judgments and reward-guided trajectory search.
