# CORA: Conformal Risk-Controlled Agents for Safeguarded Mobile GUI Automation

Introduces CORA, which calibrates a risk model to choose between executing and abstaining from mobile GUI actions, then diagnoses rejected actions to suggest interventions. Phone-Harm provides step-level safety labels for evaluating this safeguarding process.
