# What Happens Before Decoding? Prefill Determines GUI Grounding in VLMs

Re-Prefill adds an attention-guided second prefill pass that revisits candidate screen regions before coordinate generation. The study evaluates this training-free intervention across GUI-grounding models and benchmarks.
