# Signal-Driven Observation for Long-Horizon Web Agents

Proposes Signal-Driven Observation: a separate call selects relevant DOM elements and selectors, and a detector requests new observations only after meaningful browser events or failures. The paper frames observation timing and compression as an architectural research problem for long-horizon web agents.
