# Are Online Skill and Memory Modules Always Worth Their Tokens? A Budget-Constrained Study of Web Agents

Compares online skill and memory augmentations with a vanilla web agent given the same total inference-token budget. Across WebArena and WorkArena settings, it studies when module overhead removes aggregate gains and how rerun variability changes conclusions.
