# Why Are GUI Agents Correct but Late? Decode on the Decision-Time Critical Path, Tested with Pre-Compiled Policy Trees

Introduces Adaptive Anticipatory Policy Trees, which precompute guarded actions and deadlines during idle periods so transient GUI events can be handled without new text generation. Paired experiments examine when this prepared execution helps and when reactive control remains preferable.
