# Action Conditioned Bisimulation For GUI Agent Memory

Defines a GUI-memory merge rule that treats two states as equivalent only when shared actions lead to matching outcomes and successor states. The training-free method replaces observation-similarity merging and is tested in closed-loop MiniWoB++ interaction.
