# Can Agents Work for Everyone? Cross-User Reliability for Mobile GUI Agents in Personalized User Interfaces

Introduces PAIR for controlled evaluation of mobile GUI agents across user-conditioned application states and RePAIR for training from cross-user subgoal outcomes. The study examines failures when personalized interfaces change which items an agent must identify.
