Tandem serves hybrid GUI-agent models on Android NPUs using divergence-point state checkpoints, rollback-aware speculative decoding and idle power release between request bursts.

Reviewed the complete abstract and selected v1 system/evaluation sections. Main latency measurements replay recorded requests and exclude app execution; the paper also reports instrumented real tasks. These are serving-time, energy and action-fidelity results, not a claimed task-success improvement. Hardware, cooling and model configurations matter. No independent reproduction.
