See, Plan, Snap: Evaluating Multimodal GUI Agents in Scratch

ScratchWorld evaluates program construction through the Scratch interface using fine-grained drag-and-drop actions and a complementary semantic-API mode. Runtime tests assess the resulting programs, allowing analysis of the gap between program reasoning and GUI manipulation.
